We want you to love your A Pocket Full of Sunshine piece as much as we loved creating it. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at apocketfullofsunshineau@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item.

Our “Pass on the Sunshine” Option 🌞

 

Shipping items back can use a lot of energy and resources — so, if your item doesn’t quite work for you, consider passing it on to a friend, loved one, or local community group instead of sending it back. It’s a way to keep your piece in use, share the joy, and reduce your environmental footprint.

If you choose to Pass on the Sunshine, email us a quick note (and maybe a photo!) and we’ll send you a little thank-you discount for your next order.

Exchanges

Because each of our pieces is made from unique recycled towels, we can’t guarantee exact replacements — but we’ll do our best to help you find another piece you love.

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with photos and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement, repair, or refund.
